As many people have already discovered, the Costa Blanca is one of the best places to be. Its wonderful climate, interesting culture and its hospitable people make the Costa Blanca an ideal place to enjoy the better things in live. This is confirmed by the fact that the WHO has chosen the region of Jávea and Dénia as one of the 3 healthiest places on earth.  So it’s quite obvious why many people are eager to buy a house over here.

But not everybody gets to the point of realizing their intentions. Through our many years of experience, we now know that in most cases this has to do with worries about not speaking the language, the lack of a social network, uncertainty about the medical services, about who takes care of your property when you are away and what to do with the mail.

Because of worries like that some people in the end decide not to buy a property in Spain, which is a real pity and not necessary at all.
