If you wish, ELLIS Comfortprovider can provide you with an incoming mail box at our Service Point in Jávea. This is where all your regular mail can be delivered to by the Spanish postal service. Every working day from 9 am till 5 pm you can collect your mail from your ELLIS Comfortprovider -mailbox.

If you would like to, we can collect the mail from your property or from the post office. This will be done once a week. Only when you ask us to do this, we will open mail from the government or local authorities to make sure you won’t be confronted with unexpected problems. Finally, we can forward your mail to an address provided by you.
